hey! thanks for enjoying our content 🥰 unfortunately yes it is, we usually adapt our coloring to each gif/gifset so whether it’s me or z, we don’t really keep them T_T in my case, i usually play around with the curves, saturation, color balance and offset. there is no specific rule to what i do, it’s just eyeballing and doing it again until it looks decent.
most of the time, i try to remove or tone down at least one or two colors (like the blue for example, or making the magenta red or blue with selective color), and i tend to reduce the cyan in the red/yellow (selective color still) to make the skin tone “pop” a bit more. it also helps sometimes when the gif seems to be too whitewashed. that’s all i can think of now!
