Viktor’s workshop was secreted away in one of the quieter corners of Zaun. Not many lived here and even fewer stayed within twenty feet of where he called home. He knew well that whilst the Machine Herald was seen as some sort of savior to Zaun by many, it did not make him any less a boogeyman of sorts to the children and even a fair few adults. One more machine than man tended to play with the imagination.
But Viktor didn’t mind it. He liked the quiet and would have preferred it stayed as such but life often laughed in the face of his ambitions and plans and desires. He was no stranger to the oddities of Runeterra, had read and seen quite enough in his time to know that all manner of being existed from the Void-spawn that made its home in the sands of Shurima to the Yordles like Heimerdinger of Brandle City and beyond. There world was science and magic and that gave no end to what one might find. Magic was, after all, a complicated thing and there was an endlessness to the worlds beyond their own.
However, he couldn’t say he’d ever heard talk of such a thing as what was before him now. Some white phantom that was somehow gotten into his workshop.
Viktor gripped his staff, his still human hand wrapped tightly around it until the knuckles ached. He was ready to fight if it should come to that.
“And what are you?” He demanded of the being. “More importantly, how did you get in here?”
He wasn’t exactly pleased with the situation.
