"dont be so afraid" 

3: Do you think long distance relationships can work? Why or why not?

"i definitely think they can work if both people put in equal amounts of effort"

"how they smile and laugh"

5: Do gay, lesbians, bisexuals or transgender people bother you?

"once. i didn’t know it was love at the time, though, i still dont really know if it’s love. i just know i can’t picture my life without him" 

C: Longest relationship you’ve ever been in, and why did it end?

"are relationships really relationships when you’re thirteen? i mean… we were kids. i really dont think that counts as anything. but it ended because—well—i’m not very good at commitments. both at thirteen and at eighteen."

D: Have you ever changed for someone, if yes, how?

"i dont think i have but it wouldn’t trouble me too much. i think it’s normal to change for someone you love as long as you don’t change completely" 

F: Have you ever been cheated on?

"not that i know of"

I: What’s the most important part of a relationship?

"honesty. and that i’m the most important person in his life. joking!" 

J: Do you like to be in serious relationships or just flings?

"it’s hard to tell—i mean it depends on the other person. i think i’m a balance of both?"

K: When you are dating someone do you believe in going on “breaks”?

"nope. once you’re done, you’re done."

L: How many people have you ever hooked up with?

"this is horrible but i actually dont know. i’ve lost track—”

M: What’s one thing you regret saying or not saying, doing or not doing in a previous relationship?

"i regret leaving, end of story."

P: What about “Love at first sight”? Why or why not?

"definitely!"

"confidence, family matters, nice hair? i’m not really picky"

"arrogance, an ego, ugly shoes"

S: What do you consider a deal breaker?

"if you’re rude to waiters or anyone in the service industry—instant goodbye"

T: How do you know it’s time to end a relationship?

"when you prefer thinking about the past than the future, that’s how you know it’s over"

U: Are you currently in a relationship? If yes, for how long? If no, how long have you been single?

"i’ve been single for a while. i dont really date well, if you get what i mean”

V: Do you think people who have dated can stay friends?

"i want to say yes but i know that deep in my soul it’s a no"

W: Do you think people should date their friends?

"definitely! i think relationships that start from friendships are stronger than those that dont" 

X :How many relationships have you had?

"i’ve only ever had one serious relationship but i don’t really count it as a relationship… we were thirteen, so"

"is there any point hiding it anymore? i like alistair. why? oh, god. he has this stupid cute laugh that scrunches his face in the worst way and, dear god, that smile of his is so ugly, and of course i never let him forget it, but it’s genuine, you know? like he’ll never fake happiness. you don’t understand when he talks i want nothing more than to punch him in the face because his teeth move at such an annoying pace but its nice because he’ll never lie either. and this is a horrible answer but… yeah… sorry…” 

1: Would you break up with someone your parents didn’t approve of?

"i probably would. my parents must have good reasons as to why they dont approve of them—they aren’t the irrational type. plus i would fight, tooth and nail, to approve of them" 

G: Have you ever cheated?

H: Would you date someone who’s known for cheating, if yes why?

"oh, god, no. if they cheat once, they’ll cheat again. i don’t normally have little respect for people but cheaters are, really, the lowest of the low for me. if you aren’t happy then—please—save the heartbreak and just leave.”

E: Pretend I’m your ex, what do you want to say to me?

"nothing else but i’m sorry"

N: What age do you think is appropriate for kids to start having sex?

"this… is complicated. i’m such a firm believer of not labelling things or giving something a title but sex is—it’s such a messy topic. i’m all for having sex whenever you’re ready but thirteen or twelve just seems so young. but then again i had sex when i was thirteen so i can’t really argue that. i don’t really… know? when you’re ready, you’re ready. as long as you aren’t forced and you’re comfortable i don’t think an age really matters. 

O: Do you believe in the phrase, “Age is just a number?” Why or why not?

"well—yes. but within reason! you should be entitled to love whomever you wish to love but if she’s fourteen and you’re forty then there is something wrong there, you know?"
