"It looks bad, but I've seen worse than this. No wonder why they never got qualified in the first place."
She wasnât one to judge, not all that modest, but not having enough years on her to seem qualified to prone others about their faults. But with her keen gaze, she could see every movement of the team playing before her, knowing exactly why they werenât doing so well in their match. They werenât in sync with one another at all, their footing wasnât agile enough, their attacks werenât giving the appropriate power behind their shots, they werenât calling out to one another. But worse of all, they were scared of the ball. She could see them flinch whenever the fall came their way, panic setting in their eyes, as most took the leap in order to attempt to receive it, or step out of the way entirely. It was an embarrassment.
âUnfortunately, I have to agree. They wonât get far if they donât find some harmony, and work on their technique,â she simply said, not wanting to talk badly about people behind their backs. Sheâd rather do it to their face, so they could have a word of defense for themselves. But observations werenât bad, critiques help not only her and her team grow, it might do the other good to see just where the other was going wrong as well, and coordinate her own team about the matter.Â
