Baxter's initial response is a slight tsking noise. He has questions about why Vox appears how he is, and he has precious few answers to go alongside them. Why is his head the CRT model? Why is he acting much less grandiose than normal? Why was he not angry that Baxter had betrayed him? Why, why, why? Baxter detested having nothing to go off of.
"well, thank you for coming to my rescue," he says, keeping his arm outstretched while Vox bandaged it, still halfway waiting for the other to dig his fingers into the cut and deepen it. He sneers at the other sinner, who really does seem to be more sinner than overlord right at the moment. "what would i have done without you to apply basic first aid to a mild injury?"

"do not belittle me, woman," and there is bite to his tone, but not as severe as he wants it to be. Baxter himself is fairly exhausted at this point, as being semi-mauled by one of his creations is bound to do. He's surprised he managed to make it back up to the main lobby of the hotel at all. He'd never admit to the fact that he was grateful that it was Charlie who found him, but he was grateful all the same.
"in... any case, i have no doubt that i will be fine-- sinners are technically immortal, after all." He lets out a breath, letting himself slump against Charlie, giving into a small moment of weakness. What choice did he really have? "such is the nature of eternal punishment, wouldn't you agree?"

"nothing?" Baxter repeats, both interested and incredulous. He has to admit he's more curious than worried for her-- he knows full well that Niffty can truly hold her own. He's not a doctor by any means, he is a scientist and a researcher, thank you very much! However, that didn't mean he couldn't patch a wound or two. Bioengineering often meant putting things back together after they broke.
