ā What's your rp pet peeve?
::( Well, things Iām bothered about usually change every day since itās not common for me to hold onto something like that for a long time- unless itās about myself/my behaviour tbh. )::
::( I have a bad habit of over-analyzing/diagnosing myself or other people. Ironically, thatās the biggest pet peeve I have with other folks too. 𤷠I guess that whole saying with hating the features that can be considered your worst traits is true in that sense. People are kind of inherently hypocritical in that sense. )::
::( Thereās a specific kind of encounter that I think of thatās the thing that makes my brain just get up and leave. Itās when thereās this big ācall-outā with a group of people on a discord/Skype server thatās essentially pointing out every little thing that someone has done wrong ever since they first met them (without ever having brought this up before and just sort of gossiping privately with other people about it until resentment starts to grow like weeds) so this is literally coming out of nowhere for the person being confronted. )::
::( Naturally, the person getting confronted by all this gets defensive and very upset about it and people take that as a sign that theyāre ātoxicā or āproblematicā and vote them out of the club: But the real issue is that a bit prior these people decided they actually didnāt like this person, but because youāre āwrongā for not liking people they keep it bottled up but still look for examples or reasons to dislike them. The REALLY ironic thing is the fact that most of the reasons people find to kick that one person out are the exact behaviour that theyāre displaying AS THEY KICK THEM OUT and thereās 0 awareness of it. It just gets me reeling. )::
::( As Iāve mentioned before, Iāve been on both sides of this coin loads of times. When Iām with the group pursuing someone I feel like an asshole because a part of me knows that itās wrong and theyāve literally done nothing to warrant it, but yeah. When Iām the lone person on the other side of things, it fucks me up REALLY BAD for months, or even up to a year after. )::
::( I got a bit into my feelings there, not sure how I should tag this š
