OCUL - The announcement of negative Phase 3 results for treatment of ocular inflammation & pain has shares down 28% in the pre. CLVS - Clovis Oncology received breakthrough therapy designation for treatment of ovarian cancer, shares up 9% on the OptionsHouse extended hours platform. GBX - Greenbrier KRUSHED EPS forecasts by 37 cents on stronger revenues & raised guidance, shares up better than 6% here. GM - Government Motors is down 2% as the Canadian Investment Corporation is selling 73M (4.5% of total shares). HPP - Hudson Pacific announced it will do a 5 million share secondary, shares off 2% in the pre. ISCA - International Speedway beat EPS forecasts by 7 cents on stronger revenues & reaffirmed guidance, shares higher by nearly 3%.
