BABA - Shares higher by 12% in the pre on stronger revenue and EPS beat.

ANN - Shares up nearly 7% on reports that Golden Gate Capital will acquire company.

CSIQ - Canadian Solar KRUSHED EPS forecasts by 37 cents on stronger revenues, shares higher by 2% here.

MT - ArcelorMittal down nearly 5% after MASSIVE EPS miss (38 cents)

NUS - Nu Skin missed EPS forecasts on weaker revenues & lowered guidance, shares down over 18%.

QRVO The  provider of core technologies and radio frequency (RF) solutions for mobile, infrastructure, and aerospace beat top and bottom lines and raised guidance, shares higher by 12% in the pre.

TRIP - Tripadvisor missed EPS forecasts on inline revenues, shares higher, that's right HIGHER by 4% in the pre.

FUEL - Artificial intelligence player Rocket Fuel Beat EPS forecasts on weaker revenues & lowered guidance which took shares to a fresh 52-week low of $11, down 25% in the pre. 

ANET - Arista Networks up 10% on the OptionsHouse extended hours platform after KRUSHING EPS on stronger rev and then for good measure, the cloud networking solutions provider raised guidance! AAPL - Reports that Apple my start producing an iCar in 2020, not moving shares...so far, but Elon Musk just ordered 1,000 Android phones. DE - Deere beat EPS forecasts by 20 cents on stronger revenues, but then lowered guidance, which flipped shares lower by about 1.5%. ANN - Ann trading up 7% on reports that the  women’s apparel retailer is exploring the possibility of a sale.

…stocks tanked (off 3%), by midday – but staged another wild rally late day (despite a late day warning from WMT), sending the Russell into positive territory and the NASDAQ near the flat level (a 3% bounce from lows – 110 points).

Earnings tonight from AXP, EBAY, NFLX, LVS, KMI) – bonds rose, dollar fell – markets whipped around, ending mostly lower, but pared losses – Russell surged, up 1%.
