Not the end of me (DO NOT REPLY)
Returning home for the day, Sonata felt a little off. She locked the door and begun to head upstairs of the rented home Shade got. Once she closed the bedroom door and turned around she had to muffle a scream.
“Hallo, Sonata.” Schurke said, her holographic form glitched as usual but she was there none the less. Her fanged grin grew at the frighten sight Sonata wore. “S-shade..” she whimpered out.
“Nien, nien.. Schatten isn’t here.. Remember? Broke herself down over spielzeugs woman being rejected..” Schurke replied almost soothingly as she approached the frozen DLN. Whose only movements were going backwards until she hit the door, which caused her to snap her head around and see said door and lock her eyes back onto Schurke.
“What do you want .” Sonata asked. A shiver of fear running down the DLNS spine when the grin grew on Schurke. “Spielzeug.” it took Sonata a moment to realize who she meant. “N-no! You can’t! We won’t let you!” “Oh? Who is this we, liebe?” Schurke asked, being face to face with Sonata. Relishing in the fear.
“S-Shade. Me. Everybody!” With these words, Schurke laughed. “You can’t even punch spielzeugs former body! What makes you think you can stop me?”
Biting her tongue Sonata gathered the courage and her (lack of) strength and punched Schurke on the cheek. “It’s my body! I’m controlling it! And you have to listen to-”
The virus like enforcer suddenly grabbing Sonata’s throat, and somehow she physically did pushed her up the door and off the ground. The DLN struggling as she tried prying the clawed hands off her throat.
“YOU CAN’T CONTROL ME. NO ONE DOES!“ Schurke snarled, glowing red optics the size of pins. “Vater no longer can .. I’m free. And I will BURN this world to the ground. I WILL get spielzeug. His woman.. The rat... All of them.”
Petrified, tears rolled down the DLNs face. She wanted Shade.... She needed her. “Schatten can’t save you now. Nor anyone.” Schurke said, dropping Sonata. Disappearing into data.
“And I will strike when you all least expect it.”
With those words Sonata curled up into a ball on the floor. Shaking violently, sobbing.
