Going to a bar alone would've bothered the Celt immensely just a few months ago. But Mai has gotten more comfortable on the island now, that going alone wasn't scary, nor awkward. She'd go quite often after classes, enjoying the live music and chatting with other regulars.

Just some friendly mingling.

"You’re cute. How about I buy you a drink?"

The demigoddess was on her phone a bit when the voice called her attention. She looked up and smiled brightly at the girl who sat next to her.

"That's so sweet of you~ You're also very pretty," she said sweetly, pocketing her phone. "Only if I can buy you one the next round."

Cassandra had became a regular at the bar to the disdain of her sisters. Dr. Feelgood’s mirrored her own energy, and there were always beautiful women for her to distract herself. There was absolutely no way that she could be anywhere else than here. And, partly, she did work, buying drinks for a few of the fangirl with a bit of lip service. It was as fun as it was successful. 

However, having escaped from a group of fans for a moment of silence, she still was unable to stop herself from offering Mai a drink. The other’s response made her snort as she got comfortable in the seat beside her. Even Cassie could tell the other didn’t take her words in the way she meant them. “I’ll consider it after you let me buy a drink. I feel your company is already a fair tradeoff.”
