Those don't sound like very good friends if they try to do that. Maybe you could try saying  no. I mean, I don't know if you've tried it already but it'd like, help a lot. Just keep saying it when they try to take advantage of your kindness.

 You should also try to be confident too! When you say no, mean it. There isn't anything wrong with stating your opinion - I don't think it'll start an argument. But make sure to say it clearly and confidently. Look them in the eyes when you say it too! If they continue after that, then I think you should take a break away from them. I don't care if they don't like it - they're taking advantage of your kindness and until they learn not to, they're just gona to have to get used to it and do things themselves.
