First of all, I think Din is a very acts-of-service guy, and he's gonna try and be as helpful around Luke as possible because he doesn't know what these weird feelings are, he only knows that he has them.
Next, I feel like Leia would try and set her brother up with someone because she knows that he's lonely — (but also because she can sense his sorrow and yearning through the Force and she doesn't wanna put Grogu through that torture either)
