BETRAYAL inflicted pain upon him, a pain almost unbearable. It felt as if a DAGGER was piercing his flesh, twisting & twisting before being pulled away in a harsh manner-- leaving him on the cold hard ground to BLEED OUT.

"How could you-- " Of course he had trusted Ishida. He had been his friend, one of his CLOSEST friends for a long time, someone who had shown him on several occasions that Ichigo could always count on him. And now...

Now Uryu was turning against him, joining the ENEMY and saying things that implied that Ichigo had been the biggest of fools for not having seen that coming.

( How could he ever had seen something like that coming though? Not even in his wildest dreams could he have imagined someone from his close circle of friends would stab him in the back that way ).

"Oi! Cut the bullshit, you can't be SERIOUS!" This had to be a nasty prank! It simply... Couldn't be true, couldn't be actually happening, he refused to believe it. "But if you're serious..." He trailed off, expression turning as somber as the starless night sky above them. If you're serious, then that makes you a threat, are the words that are left unsaid. Ishida had just become one of the people he had to protect the ones he cared about from.

& to protect those he loved, he would do anything and everything... Even fight someone he once held dear to his heart.

( But this whole situation hurt, every second of it, every word the other said-- It hurt so fucking much ).

THE THING I LOVE ABOUT ALL OF THIS IS THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT GENERATIONS OF WOMEN WHO ARE CONNECTING AND PROTESTING, OF ALL RACES, RELIGIONS, ORIENTATIONS, GENDERS, ETC IN A WAY THAT HAS NEVER HAPPENED BEFORE IN OUR HISTORY, THEY ARE CONNECTING IN A WAY THAT SOCIETY AND SOCIAL CONSTRUCTS NEVER ALLOWED US TO BEFORE, AND ITS AMAZING WHAT THIS GENERATION HAS DONE AND IS DOING AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO TBH I CAN'T WAIT TO BE ON THE FRONT LINES
