My biggest pain in the ass 💜

Went earlier today and did shoulders. Woke up super sick so I have no idea how I managed to pull through an entire workout. Almost died but ya girl finished. Summer bod is coming 💁🏼‍♀️

Did an upper body workout today. Tried bang for the first time and i liked it way more than C4. Considering switching asap.

On Valentine’s Day I went to the gym of course. It was EMPTY. Did this tri-set for biceps that my friend taught me. She was trying to kill me. My biceps were definitely on fire. This is a 40lb bar. However, the gang was all there. It was a successful night. Reyan made his cameo next to me in his red shirt. So festive.

Our first Valentines. We spent it stuffing our faces with pizza, movie and snuggles. He has become one of my best friends and I’m so happy I have this little princess by my side. I finally found someone whose as psycho as me. Thank you for watching the office with me three times. You’re the Jim to my Pam.

Worked out the booty and hamstrings today. Squats 145lbs. FINALLY. Straight leg deadlifts 95lbs. Hamstring curls. Switching from 50 & 80lbs That booty thing in the video killed the peach. Don’t know what that’s called. Hip thrusts 90lbs. Each exercise was 1 set warmup followed by 3 sets. 1-2 minute rest in between.

Today I did shoulders. Tried doing shoulder press with a bar and I’m pretty happy with it. Definitely felt like dying after the 8th rep tho. Rip

Worked a little bit of shoulders today. Only did about 30 minutes because I was super hungry and no pre-workout. However these new gymshark leggings are hot flames.

Did legs. Squatting 135 finally 🙌🏼
