They want to be the best and they think you're the best until you don't think they're the best. Then they spend the rest of their lives trying to replace you with the best but they can't cuz you'll always be the best.

Luna bars are pretty tasty and have only 5g of sugar, but the ingredients are chemical-ly. Larabars are interesting. Its mostly dates and other flavors (all ethically sourced) but they have at least 15g of sugar per bar. They both have 6-7g of protein. You could eat about one per day and then strictly limit your sugar intake for the rest, receiving protein from other sources with little or no sugar.
