Hey, new syscourse confessions account. Anyone can confess here. There’s no judgement, no ideology. Just confessions from all of you.

Good, bad, wholesome, horrible, you name it. I’ll take any confessions. Anons are always accepted.

My only rules are that

1.) you don’t argue with other confessors through these confessions. This is an escape from all of the arguing and a place to vent and confess about that, in any way you see fit. I would love to post everyone, but in the spirit of this account I won’t be able to allow that. I’m sorry.

2.) You do not include the use of slurs in your confessions. They will not be posted if there is any use of any slurs. This includes the word tr*umascum, which I explain my refusal to post here.

3.) You do not ridicule, make light of, or make fun of vents posted on this account. It is a syscourse account, so posts may start discourse and that’s entirely expected! This is only an issue when the responses are not discourse related and instead are attacking, ridiculing, or making fun of vent posts specifically. If you ever have an issue, feel free to send an ask and it will be taken care of!

4) If a confession has an emoji code/tag in their confession, the meaning will be specified in the post. If you do not adhere to that, you will be asked to remove your response and/or blocked.

5) We do not allow mention of syscoursers, major or not, by name. This is a blanket rule that has to be applied to *everyone*, no matter how well-known, to make sure that this stays a safe space. This rule can also apply to other identifiers, and at the end of the day we will always lean towards the side of keeping everyone anonymous.

6) Refrain from calling others names, insulting others, or resorting to ad hominem attacks on our posts. We cannot facilitate a safe environment if discourse becomes insulting on our posts. Be kind and considerate in your wording no matter whether or not you agree. If you cannot do this and be mature and respectful, we will have to block you with no questions asked. Whether the mods agree with you or not, we agree that things can’t go that far here. Not on this account, ok? Be respectful and if you become heated do not take it out in our reblogs.

Like obviously both is best but let’s be realistic here💀

I'm a syskid and I hold trauma related to neglect, others hold trauma related to isolation, there's a couple from things related to death or near death experiences. why are we being denied those terms and comfort in a label because of some discourse? literally just because our system formed before trauma occurred?

it feels a lot like it's just denying our trauma or saying it's "not that bad" because of some timeline of events that go against the norm.

then you get into anti-endos trying to "reclaim" the terms to make it even worse. I can't even try to coin my own terms because they're so prolific, like so what if I want to call myself a "jackalkid" because the metaphor feels connected to my trauma, but I can't because someone decided my trauma isn't good enough?

like feels so ableist to survivors but they're just too caught up in their "ew endos" mindset to consider that.

(tempted to just steal the terms honestly. like who the hell are you to be gatekeeping trauma?)

i dont understand anti-endos. a lot of their arguments include the fact that OSDDID are trauma based disorders, but endos are not claiming to have OSDDID? they simply have the experience of being plural.

it usually boils down to “my experience is different because of trauma and your experience cannot be similar in any form without trauma as well” which ignores the fact that people experience the world and themselves in many different and complex ways.

i also find that many anti endos just. wont believe that someone can have a life experience that is different than others. why is it so hard to believe that someone could just.. be a system? without trauma?

anyways, i’ve started identifying as “fuck you”-genic because of all the anti endos that follow me for being traumagenic

Due to being bodily intersex, we have alters that align and identify with MTF and FTM experiences.

Due to being taken in by a Thai and Japanese foster family at a young age, we're very heavily culturally influenced by both cultures and have alters who only speak those two languages as a result of it.

We have to avoid the majority of plural spaces because of these things, as well as a few others, because people will fight us and demand every single detail of our private lives to be given the right to use the languages, names, and terminology that we were granted by our unusual past. We're so tired of it all.
