It's hard to make it through

Through the year , I saw my grandmother smile through the pain. I learned from her how to stand firm in tough times. To keep a promise you made even if it is a loss to you. How to get back when you fall. Above all she taught me to have a warm heart and be a giving hand. Wish you long and peaceful life Boju, LOVE

We feel pain inside, we feel fear inside, we feel sad inside, we feel happy inside, we feel love inside, when we feel everything inside than when it comes to see truth we search outside???

It's so hard to break the cycle cause we are so used to the pattern. It goes on n on but again who holds the power to put a stop to this , us only us.

Things appear to us, feelings is felt by us everything happening we are witnessing still we seek truth. Truth is us

If we look closely, with out evaluating, everyone is profoundly in search of happiness. Kindness is the key to everyone's heart.
