This time, they do the same, but Tora looks significantly less excited.

When she gets home, it’s officially the weekend.

“Why? It’s not due until Monday. Besides, I gotta make a muffin that isn’t burnt first.“

After the makeover, I send everyone home and get them in bed. They’re both exhausted and have school the next morning.

In the meantime, Tora is doing her weekend homework. Since she didn’t go home with Delilah, she can actually do it at her desk.

It’s not just Delilah, though. It’s her whole family... just hanging out on an empty lot behind our house. Her dad is crop top man...

While Tora and Delilah struggle with algebra, Kobe begins teaching Taira to walk.

Being a teen is hard.

It’s time for Tora to age up and become a teen! Hooray!!!

Time to invite over the neighborhood kids, Stanley’s coworkers, and anyone else we can convince to come over.

This is Taira. Her name is the word that Tora is derived from in Japanese. She is athletic and brave. Having an athletic baby sounds so weird to me.

Like all babies, Taira goes into a crib and is forgotten until she cries.

Ah, one of the fine details I didn’t anticipate when I started doing a legacy on a short lifespan was exactly how much cake would be leftover. So much cake.

Stanley’s working towards maxing his logic and charisma for his career when he hits the big A. Adulthood.
