i hate myself i want to cry i leave for my holiday in 2 days now and ive gained weight. ive broken out all over my chin, my cheek and my forehead in acne and its painful and lumpy as hell. i got my eyebrows done today and they dont even suit me i just look mean and funky as. i am so so so ugly oh my god what do i even do from here what is the point

the after binge weight must have been temporary luckily. ive already started accepting the fact that maybe i won't be able to lose any additional weight in the span of 4 days now because it just isn't possible sigh.

i might actually be the hungriest person ever bru why i messed up and ate everything in my kitchen im not sure. that was a big big mistake because now im literally back to square 1. 4 days left till my trip and now it looks like ill have to starve till then sigh.
like how the fart i go from 46.8 to 49.1 in around 30 hours ?? thats like a 2.3 kg increase
also i went shopping today and bought a lot of form fitting clothes so now i have no choice but to lose my belly rolls.
tomorrow ( and the 3 days after that ) i promise to get in at least a minimum of 20k steps if not more, and complete as many home workouts as possible

earlier this morning i weighed in at 46.8 kg though so .. ?? i did switch to jeans though but i doubt that could have made a (+0.7kg) change , but ig that's just how it is when fasting. also, my first 48 hrs fast !! i was actually 30 minutes away from completing it completely though but i just got bored lols
also i have definitely noticed that no matter what my weight hasn't been dropping quite as much as id like it too so im not sure what that's all about tbh. oh wait yes i do its because i eat like a pig everyday. also havent been noticing any physical changes + my mum usually catches it really fast and she hasnt this time. honestly all i can really do is wait and hope that this is one of those patterns where nothing changes for a long time and then one day you wake up to find a drastic change. hopefully anyways

yay one week anniversary !! also doing my first fast which is over 24 hours so hooray me + also wanted to mention that even though i sorta binged yesterday i started the morning at 48 kg !! (-0.6) from what it was straight after binging . tried to exercise and horribly failed ugh im so out of shape
oh my god i am such a freaking stupid ass chud no wonder i haven't been losing as much weight as id like in the span of a week I HAVENT BEEN GETTING MY STEPS OR WORKOUTS IN 😭 i can't believe ive just wasted a whole 6 days all because i forgot about that aspect of weight loss my gosh
from tomorrow ill have to start getting 20k steps in daily + doing a bunch of home workouts 2x a day morning and night
UPDATE from the next day : boy nevermind now i remember why i don't like exercising its because im incredibly unfit and out of shape lols whatever ill probably get 30k steps daily when i go on holiday in a week 🫶🫰

i ate wayyy too much 3 or 4 hours into my eating period. didnt want to count calories but if i had to guess id say ive eaten about 5000 calories today omg so greedy. but tbh i find that having occasional binges like this helps my weight to become more stable ifygm + when i weighed myself after binging i was 48.3 kg which i get isnt good compared to what i weighed this morning but like
not to worry though because im now starting my first 48hr fast wish me luck

i never usually have takeout but once my mum brought her leftover loaded stuffed vegetable meat double crust saucy as hell spicy sweet cheesy crispy pizza home from when she went out with friends and boy im craving it soso bad rn i wish i could go out and eat a whole tray of it without seeming like a fattie but the only way that would work is if i was skinny. more motivation to keep going 💪

yet again, barely much of a change. i officially have 9 days left to lose 5kg and to be honest i don't think im gonna make it which sucks because i had planned my mood on holiday around it. however the place im going to apparently doesnt have the best traditional food so im guessing i won't eat much as a picky eater + its easy to get a stomach bug there so maybe ill lose even more weight once i arrive fingers crossed

i wish things would just hurry uppp i need to be at least 43kg before my holiday in 10 days my gosh + i can't seem to get myself out of the 48 jail quote literally every time i start trying to lose weight. also my weight is fluctuating like crazy?? 30 minutes after weighing myself today i was 48.6, and then yesterday evening i was 48.8. i have been drinking a lot of water though so that could be a factor
just used dove soap as a facewash on my very acne prone skin .... now ill have to wait till tomorrow to find out
UPDATE oh boy it cleared everything on my face !! now i just have to deal with the scarring hooray
