Yesterday after #spin class my friend stopped me I'm mid-sentence and said "omg your #lashes are SO BIG, they are catching the light and I can see all the way to the tips...that stuff really DOES work!!" And then this morning Pat told me my lashes looked "fluffy". Well shoot, as long as he doesn't tell ME that I look fluffy, I will take that! 😂😂😂 the best thing is that I'm wasn't wearing #mascara on either occasions. I'm somewhere around 3 months now using my #LashBoost and I still have my tube! My lashes are about right where I want them with their thickness and darkness that I'm using the conditioning serum about 2-3 times per week for upkeep. This tube cost less than ONE full set of extensions and I don't have to deal with the drama of lash appointments or glue issues or walking around with scraggly missing lashes, or even worse, constantly digging in my eye to reverse the lashes that poke my eyeball or itch. I'm officially 3 months into my #hysterectomy recovery, and now I understand so much more. I understand hormones and deep tissue damage and nutrient density. And I understand that there are some things you just can't control. My skin has decided to react to this dry fall weather much more intensely than ever before. These days, not only is my face dry and u comfotable, but it has started to hurt 10 times more. And I got my first 2 cystic adult acne since adolescence. Fun times! The red light therapy is said to promote the production of #collagen and #elastin. Both of these are known to increase the elasticity of the #skin and keep it healthy and young looking. Elasticity is what keeps the skin smooth. Skins natural elasticity reduces with age, eventually resulting in visible wrinkles as the skin is not able to pull itself taut anymore. Also, as the body ages the production of new skin cells slows down. With fewer new cells being produced, skin begins to have more of an aged look. the combination of increased levels of both elastin and collagen are said to reduce this effect significantly.
