“Hey.” He said, nodding his head in greeting as he sauntered over to Orion. This was the real problem, he didn’t know how to have a conversation with him. “Late night out on rounds or?” This was just painful. He should have just walked out and never acknowledged the other boy.

She loved his laugh, she always had. It always put her at ease, even if it was directed at her. Her face only got redder when he teased her, biting both her lips together before trying to say something hopefully resembling sexy. “I’ll keep that in mind,” she said before leaning down to kiss him again. She maneuvered her legs so she was straddling him instead of putting all of her weight onto him.

She sighed into the kiss, her plan of shutting her mindoff working spectacularly. She barely even realized they were moving until they suddenly fell back with Sibella on top of him. She squealed on the way down, her face turning bright red. “Sorry, are you alright?” she asked, hoping her falling on top of him didn’t hurt. Merlin, how was she so bad at this?!

Sirius laughed as he fell back onto the bed, though taken a little by surprise seeing as he didn’t know they were that close. But then her reaction just made him laugh a little harder as he looked up at her. “I’m fine.” He reassured her. He was more than bloody fine but he didn’t think she needed to hear that right now. “Honestly toss me on a bed anytime you want I’m fine with it.” He teased.

“You and Sibella Parkinson? Wow .. According to Lockhart that’s been long overdue,” she teased, grinning at Sirius. “But I’m happy for you! Sibella is a nice girl. Pretty too.” Honestly she didn’t spend much time with the female Parkinson but Elijah always spoke highly of her. Alecto assumed it was for a good reason. 

“I don’t know what he’s written but...I’ll give him that one. It was long overdue. Well, according to others anyway.” He chuckled, nodding his head. “And yes, she is pretty.” There it was. That dumb smile he got every damn time he spoke about her. “Not sure about her sanity level for agreeing to date me but I won’t question it too much.” He joked.

          “How are you… nevermind.” Amelia wasn’t the best at potions, but at least she didn’t blow up cauldrons. “Maybe you should quit for the day then if you’re going to make a mess?” The Ravenclaw looked at the potion.

“Yeah, maybe quitting is the best option.” Sirius sighed. He didn’t know what was up with him today. But he supposed it was just an off day he was having. “Sorry. Don’t think I’ve managed to ruin a cauldron since third year.”

If. If they need any. That word echoed in her head for a moment before she realized she wasn’t saying anything. “Right, yeah that makes sense,” she said with a nod before shaking her head. “Merlin, I’m so sorry, I’m such a fucking mess right now, I just wanted to…” She leaned in to kiss him to shut herself up, hoping she could simply let her mind turn off and just enjoy whatever the fuck they decided to do.

Sirius was still a little confused about what was going on right now. But, he found it hard to focus on anything when she kissed him and he didn’t hesitate before kissing her back. Wrapping his arms around her he held her close against him. Even if all that happened was just this he would be happy. But, they couldn’t just stand in the middle of the room. So as he kissed her he started to walk back towards the bed, tugging her along with him.

Boggart:

Sirius’ boggart has took two forms over the years.

The first: his Mother.

Standing in front of the class as his boggart turned into his Mother was quite possibly the most humiliating thing that has ever happened to him. Though he managed to do the charm before the verbal abuse that he knew was coming had started. Ever year he went back home it got worse. 

He was a disappointment. He spent his time around filth. He was worthless. A waste of space. He should be more like his brother.

His worst fear was hearing his Mothers voice again at the end of the year and hearing the hatred he knew lay underneath. And it stayed that way for years.

Now, however, if he were to come into contact with a boggart it would turn into himself.

He would look the exactly same...apart from the dark mark that would be very much evident on his arm.

He fears what he would have become if he had stuck to that path. And he is still scared that it would have been easy. But, mostly, he is scared that his friends will find out that he came close to giving in and getting the mark.

He fears their disappointment of who he could have easily been more than anything else.

Patronus:

Sirius’ patronus is the same as his animagus form: a dog.

He struggles to produce one as most happy memories he has are tainted with his own insecurities and doubts. But, one memory that always brings a smile, and the one he uses most often to produce a patronus, is sitting in James’ room after he had left home.  And he was just laughing.

He doesn’t remember what they were laughing about, and it doesn’t really matter. But the fact James had managed to make him laugh in his darkest time always warmed his heart. He managed to forget all his problems and just let himself be happy. And he’s never forgotten that moment that he started to heal.

“I’d be offended by that assumption if it wasn’t usually true,” Peter said, dryly but with the usual playfulness to his words. “Something a lot more excited than that happened,” he confessed, his grin only widening at the memory of last night “I… might’ve made out with someone.”

Sirius' eyebrows shot up at Peter saying he made out with someone. Now he had his full attention. "You're gonna have to tell me who. You can't tell me you made out with someone and not offer any more information than that!" Sirius said as he shifted to the edge of his bed and looked expectantly at Peter.

She melted into the kiss before her eyes went wide at the mention of pyjamas. “Merlin, shit, you’re right!” she said with a worried expression. “Do I have to walk out and reimagine it? Can I just think of pyjamas really hard and they’ll show up? Or are pyjamas something that I needed to bring from my room?” She looked around the room a bit, as if the answer would physically appear.

“Sib, we can just summon some later if we need any.” He chuckled. Maybe trying to make jokes right now wasn’t the best way to go. But then, he didn’t know where this was going. And this was the first time he has actually felt nervous to be alone with her. He felt like he was massively starting to overthink this situation. When he just wanted to enjoy it. No matter what happens. 

“Okay, um…” she said, looking back at the wall before thinking about what they needed. A bed, right? She had no idea how far she wanted to/was ready to go, but she knew they would probably want a bed that was bigger than the one in either of their dorms. She pictured it in sapphire blue before opening the door and the king sized bed was there in front of her. Oh wow. This was cool and exciting and nerve wracking. She could feel her stomach start to fill with butterflies but they dissipated a bit when she looked back into those eyes. “Is this okay?” she asked shyly.

Sirius was a little glad Sibella wasn’t facing him when she opened the door. Because when his eyes fell on the bed his eyes widened and he could feel his heart skip as he took it in. He desperately wanted to ask what she was expecting. Though thought better of it. And by the time she looked back at him he had managed to shake any surprise he felt and instead smiled down at her. “It’s perfect.” He told her before framing her face gently with his hands and leaned down to kiss her. “Though maybe some pyjamas might have helped if we are staying here all night.” He joked to try and keep both their nerves at bay.

She didn’t need to try? Like she already was sexy? Or was it just that her attempts were so pathetic she shouldn’t even bother? Her logical brain knew Sirius meant the former, but her insecurities were screaming in support for the latter. She intertwined her fingers in his, her other arm wrapping around to clutch his arm tightly. She followed him to the corridor before asking “So how exactly does it work?” she asked, her Ravenclaw curiosity distracting her from the whole reason they were there. “Like is the room always there but it changes? Or does it make an entirely new one every time someone needs something?”

“I’m not really sure how it works,” Sirius said honestly. He has just sort of accepted that the room was a mystery. Sometimes he couldn’t even get in. Though he does wonder if that is because someone else is using it. “Sometimes it's the same room. Other times its something else. Mostly I think it just becomes what you need.” He tried to explain when he came to a stop where the room should be. “Just...think about what it is you need the room for. And the door should open.”

“I don’t know!” she exclaimed, trying to draw attention away from her red cheeks. “I’m just trying to be flirty or sexy or whatever and I have no idea what I’m doing.” She tried to laugh off how embarrassed she was, knowing she was probably being ridiculous, but this was brand new territory for her so she was nervous. “Well, you’re going to have to lead the way, I do not remember how to get there.”

“You don’t need to try.” He chuckled and took a few steps backwards, tugging her with him as he headed back towards the castle. The last thing that he wanted was for her to feel embarrassed. Though he had to admit, her blushes were possibly the cutest thing he’s ever seen. “That’s a good thing. It is meant to be a secret.” He told her with a smirk. He wasn’t sure how many people actually knew about that room.  He had stumbled across it a few years ago and it still amazes him that it’s different every time he’s there.
