i'm up to 72 albums listened to this year and music has never sounded better

therapy and meds have been amazing i'm reading books again! i'm writing again i go on walks with my dog i got diagnosed with ptsd and bpd and i'm doing soooo much better getting help for it. do you know how good it felt to read my first book in like 5 years

popping in for a brief update but despite the kidney failure and brain damage and the months of hell it takes trying to get help from the government since i haven't been able to work a job in almost 2 years now, i'm doing a therapy program 3 days a week for 4 hours a day every week and i see a psychiatrist every week now helping me with the right combination of meds (that won't interact with my failing kidneys) and i'm just proud of the hard work i've been putting in lately and finally getting real help after i've been trying to get help for years now since i went down such a terrible spiral. i'm off drugs! i manage my sobriety much better now! my ptsd is still really bad and difficult to work through but i almost feel on the cusp of potentially feeling hope i can manage the future rather than always attempting suicide as i do.

well, i always think i hit rock bottom and now i'm in acute kidney failure dealing with dialysis and a very uncertain future 🫤

well, unemployed for 10 months, no one will hire me, about to be homeless again in 2 weeks. i'm just here to say goodbye to tumblr. the good memories i had here have been overshadowed by my life getting destroyed last year. take care everyone. life's been a wild ride
