‪I wanted to decorate my jacket with something related to Taylor, so I thought that creating 18 embroidered patches (one for each song on Lover) would be a good idea...‬ and HERE’S THE RESULT! I also did my best to make the StellaXTaylor desing and... I think it’s not that bad 🤔

TRACK 1: I Forgot That You Existed

‪I embroidered the song title and tried to make the famous heart-shaped sunglasses 😛‬

TRACK 2: Cruel Summer‬

‪For this track I tried to make the Spotify mural created to celebrate the release of #Lover 💕‬

TRACK 3: ‪Lover‬

‪This one is pretty obvious, but I used the Lover font to make this patch and it’s one of my favourites 💕‬

TRACK 4: ‪The Man‬

‪In this case, I embroidered a purple briefcase like the ones that appear in the ME! Music Video. I also included some dollars (“what’s it like to brag about taking my dollars”... / “if I was out flashing my dollars”...).‬

TRACK 5: The Archer

‪For this patch I made the bow that Taylor used as an Easter Egg in the YNTCD music video 🏹 🎯 ‬

TRACK 6: ‪I Think He Knows‬

‪I basically embroidered the lyrics of the song together with the shape of a heartbeat (... and a heart 😛).‬

TRACK 7: Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince‬

‪I tried to recreate the title of the song, so I made a crown for Miss Americana 👸🏼 and a broken heart for the Heartbreak Prince‬.

TRACK 8: Paper Rings‬

‪Well, here I basically embroidered a hand wearing what I think it looks like a paper ring... I also made a shiny bracelet in relation to the lyrics of the song when Taylor says “I like shiny things”. ‬

I made a Cornelia flower for this song. I also got inspired by the Cornelia Street t-shirt on Taylor’s website 🌸‬

TRACK 10: Death By A Thousand Cuts‬

‪As you can see, I took one of the most popular lyrics on Lover, which happen to be part of this track, to make this patch. I basically made the traffic lights saying "I Don’t Know"🚦 🤷🏻‍♀️‬

TRACK 11: London Boy‬

‪I hope you all can see that I embroidered the London Eye... because I think it is one of London’s most popular attractions... I also embroidered some lyrics of the song 🎡 🇬🇧 ‬

TRACK 12: Soon You’ll Get Better‬

This song is for Andrea, so I look for a pic of both Taylor and Andrea and tried my best to embroider it ❤️‬

TRACK 13: False God‬

‪I love the sax on this song, so I embroidered a sax 🎷🙃‬

TRACK 14: ‪You Need To Calm Down‬

‪French fries and an humburger holding the LGBTQ flag. Yep 🍟 🍔 🏳️‍🌈 ‬

TRACK 15: Afterglow‬

I looked for pics of the afterglow and pink, purple and yellow were the most predominan colours on all those pics, so I embroidered the title of the song in those colours 💗💜💛‬

TRACK 16: ME!‬

‪I turned the ME! mural into a patch 🦋 ‬

TRACK 17: ‪It’s Nice To Have A Friend‬

For this track I embroidered two friends holding hands 👫👭👬‬

TRACK 18: ‪Daylight‬

And last (but not least), for Daylight I made a sun since daylight is the light of the sun, and I included the “it’s golden” lyrics ☀️ ‬

Guys - It’s been announced recently that the American Music Awards will be honoring me with the Artist of the Decade Award at this year’s ceremony. I’ve been planning to perform a medley of my hits throughout the decade on the show. Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun have now said that I’m not allowed to perform my old songs on television because they claim that would be re-recording my music before I’m allowed to next year. Additionally - and this isn’t the way I had planned on telling you this news - Netflix has created a documentary about my life for the past few years. Scott and Scooter have declined the use of my older music or performance footage for this project, even though there is no mention of either of them or Big Machine Records anywhere in the film.

Scott Borchetta told my team that they’ll allow me to use my music only if I do these things: If I agree to not re-record copycat versions of my songs next year (which is something I’m both legally allowed to do and looking forward to) and also told my team that I need to stop talking about him and Scooter Braun.

I feel very strongly that sharing what is happening to me could change the awareness level for other artists and potentially help them avoid a similar fate. The message being sent to me is very clear. Basically, be a good little girl and shut up. Or you’ll be punished.

This is WRONG. Neither of these men had a hand in the writing of those songs. They did nothing to create the relationship I have with my fans. So this is where I’m asking for your help.

Please let Scott Borchetta and Scooter Braun know how you feel about this. Scooter also manages several artists who I really believe care about other artists and their work. Please ask them for help with this - I’m hoping that maybe they can talk some sense into the men who are exercising tyrannical control over someone who just wants to play the music she wrote. I’m especially asking for help from The Carlyle Group, who put up money for the sale of my music to these two men.

I just want to be able to perform MY OWN music. That’s it. I’ve tried to work this out privately through my team but have not been able to resolve anything. Right now my performance at the AMA’s, the Netflix documentary and any other recorded events I am planning to play until November of 2020 are a question mark.

Got my Lover

Dear Taylor,

I first discovered you during the Fearless era when I was (ironically) 15. I blasted the album throughout my house so often that my dad even learned all of the words. Since then, you have been my role model and hero. I have listened to your music in times of sadness, happiness, hope, despair, and everything in between. I have followed your career with much admiration and have been an extremely loyal and enthusiastic fan. I’ve been lucky enough to see three of your shows and I have tickets to see two more during the 1989 tour.

I am now 21 years old and a senior in college. Over my Thanksgiving break, I was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma, which is a type of cancer. Right now, I am waiting for my treatment to be determined and I am not sure if I am going to be able to go back to school. This is absolutely not how I saw my senior year of college going and I have been having a hard time dealing with all of this.

I have a long road ahead of me and I would love to be able to meet you or talk to you. Like I said before, your music and quotes have gotten me through hard times before and I know I will be looking to your work more than ever during this journey. Taylor, you truly have been an inspiration in my life thus far and it would be my absolute dream to hang out with you during this tough time.
