the whole weekend had passed in a blur of sex, food and conversation. the way they were around each other was reminiscent of a loving couple, who only had eyes for each other. what a shame that piper was married to the man's best friend. "hmmm, tempting," she hummed, and leaned in for a kiss. piper's job as a nurse did take up a lot of her time, so so what if she told jack she hadn't been able to turn down another shift? he was always gone on business anyway, so wasn't she allowed to pretend to dive headfirst into her career? work was an excuse william and her had used plenty of times before though, and the woman suspected her husband might catch on soon if they didn't change tactics. his lips on her neck distracted her train of thoughts for a few seconds, before she gasped in pleasure. "no, i can't," she said on an exhale, biting down on her lower lip in pleasure. "friday it is," she then agreed and pulled his head up, in order to place a passionate kiss against his lips. "mmh, baby," she moaned against his soft petals, running her hand from his neck and down his chest towards the bulge in his pants. "but i think we can squeeze in another orgasm or two," piper spoke, her resolve to go home and get the house ready crumbling, wanting nothing more than a few more moments with william. wanting to not be forced to wash his smell of her just yet.

" a smirk spreads across his handsome features, buldge growing within the confines of pants in response to her sinful touch. his large palm finds her thigh, calloused fingers caressing the skin as his touch travels north towards her core. " i think that maybe you're being a little too greedy, baby."

piper leaned into william's embrace, as he held her from behind, "jack will be home soon," she stated and placed a kiss on his bicep, making no move to remove herself. her husband would be home from a business trip in the next few hours, meaning piper had to leave her lover to go home and get the house ready for his arrival. the woman turned around within william's arms and reached around, gathering her hands at the back of his neck, fingers stroking gently through the blonde hair at the nape of his neck. the silence between them was comfortable, although the question of how long they could continue this before her husband found out, lingered in the air. piper placed a kiss on his chest, before looking up at him and smiling a soft, slightly sad smile. "i don't want to go," she spoke honestly, swaying them gently from side to side as she looked him the eyes. the fact that jack and william were best friends didn't exactly help this predicament they found themselves in, but she attempted to avoid those thoughts while they were spending time together. piper got up on her tip toes and placed her lips against his, wanting to make their last hours together as anything but jack's loving wife and his best friend but as their own little entity, last as long as possible.

at the female's words, williams nods in a silent agreement. their moments together went by fast, faster than the male would like, but all good things came to an end and this would be no different. it was a dangerous game they were playing, one that would have dire consequences on both of them, yet the male couldn't bring himself to care. why would he when the feel of her in his arms felt this damn good ? smiling as piper shifts in his embrace, steely blue hues flicker down her delicate features, his large arms moving to wrap themselves around her waist, pulling her closer. " then don't go," he mumurs, although he knows she doesn't have much of a choice. " you can always say that you're pulling a double shift at work." it's a suggestion that comes out laced with a soft chuckle that rumbles low in his chest before his lips press against the skin of her neck, leaving a trail of kisses in their wake. "or we can always see each other after work on friday."

"we'll see." ezra can't help the way he doubts her resolve, but the funny thing about doubting someone is sometimes it makes them all the more determined to prove themselves, willing to go to desperate measures to show you can trust them. using his grip on her to tug grace closer, ezra leans in, the tip of his nose brushing against hers like he's trying to be logical and responsible, but can't help wanting to be near her. the way ezra sees it, he'll have months to convince grace that there isn't anyone or anything she wouldn't give up to be with him, and that's what ezra resolves himself to as he closes the last of the distance between them and finally kisses grace.

grace nods in agreement, aware that things were not as simple or easy as the female made them out to be. the only reason why she had been so quick to agree was because she has never had to live in a world where everything was not handed to her, where her father didn't treat her as if she was the most precious being on this earth. yet, she still finds herself leaning closer, small palms resting on his torso as their lips meet. steely blue hues flutter shut as a soft humming sound escapes her lips, savouring the feel of his lips brushing against hers.

despite the fact that they'd only been seeing each other in secrecy for a short while, james couldn't help the fact that he longed for her ; every moment of every day was spent with her on his mind. each night they'd spent together, he'd woken to an empty bed the next morning, her side of it cold. each and every time he felt a strong urge to drink, smoke or punch a wall when she wasn't in his arms in the morning. it wasn't like what they were doing was in any way safe, but that didn't stop james from wanting her. seeing double with how cross-faded was, he stared at the text on his phone but decided to hit the call button instead, needing to hear her voice despite it being three in the morning. when the ringing stopped, he shook his head and looked down at the floor, "you know how people keep saying that cigarettes, alcohol and drugs can kill you?" his slurred question was rhetorical, knowing every person to walk the planet had heard some variation of those words at one point in their life. james lit up a cigarette, balancing the phone between his ear and shoulder before grabbing it again and taking a deep drag from the filtered end, smoke slowly seeping out of his nose. "but no matter how much i drink, smoke or how many pills i take, they'll never do as much damage as you," his words sounded tortured and he rubbed his brow, waiting for her response.

a soft humming sound escapes plump petals as a buzzing sound slowly pulled her from her slumber. it only takes her a few seconds to realize it was coming from her phone. brooklyn's attention almost immediately shifts to the figure sleeping soundly beside her, heartbeat quickening in her chest as manicured fingers reach for the device. honeyed hues aren't suprised to spot her older brother's name on the screen, but it still causes her heart to swell within the confines of her chest. swipping her finger accross the screen, the female remains silent until she quietly climbs out of the bed and makes her way out of the bedroom, grabbing her silky robe and throwing it over her shoulders before she does so. "jay, it's three in the morning." the brunette breathes into the phone, long legs carrying her towards the balcony, her skin prickling in contact with the late night breeze. "are you drunk right now?" concern laces her tone, pearly whites sinking into her full bottom lip as she glances onto the distance. the pair has crossed a line they shouldn't have, not in a million years, yet nothing has felt quite as right as the feel of his skin against hers. "where are you? are you home? "

at this point james was fairly certain that nothing could pull him away from daisy. not her friends or their surroundings or the gang. nothing came close to the feelings he felt for her. walking in the cool night air with her hand in his, he couldn't help but feel a certain type of contentment at just being by her side, knowing that anything daisy wanted in life he'd help her achieve. as they entered his apartment, james toed of his boots and begun moving deeper into the apartment, until he heard his name from her lips. he compared it to the sound of angels, as he turned back to look at her, "yeah?" he managed to reply before she begun speaking. her words hit him straight in his heart, and he nodded as he looked down to the carpeted floor. when he looked up again there was a fire in his eyes and james begins taking strides in her direction. "babygirl," he said in a sweet tone of voice, brown eyes darkened with love for the girl, "no matter if you cared or not, you'd still be mine." the man explained and ran a hand up her arm towards her neck. moving his hand under her blonde hair, james then shook his head and splayed his fingers over the side of her neck by her shoulder, "i will burn down the entire world, before i'll see you unhappy." he leaned down and placed his forehead against hers, shaking his head in the tiniest of movements, "you're mine... you will continue to be mine until the day i fucking die." he was well aware that the lifespan of a gang member and getaway driver was a lot shorter than most regular civilians, but he meant every word. james then pulled back from her forehead and placed a kiss there, "so don't worry about your friends, or your family, or our worlds being different. all you have to worry about is this." he grabbed ahold of her hand and placed it on his chest over his rapidly beating heart, looking her in the eye with sincerity written all over his face.

babygirl. it's impossible not to let a smile tug at the corner of her petals as the nickname rolls down his tongue, almost as if caresses every syllable. there's nothing but adoration in her blue gaze as she gazes back into the warm pools of brown, her skin melting underneath his familiar touch. the possesiveness in his tone would probably scare some people, but she can't help but find it attractive. if anything, it makes her want this even more. she's always been one to wear her heart on her sleeve, falling in love way too quickly, but what they have has made her realize that she's never known love before. nothing had ever felt like this before. the blonde breathes in every word, heart swelling in her chest in response. he would burn down the world for her, there's no doubt in her mind about it, and while part of her is scared of witnessing such a thing, the other part of her can't believe she's found someone like him, someone that would do everything and anything for her. the petite blonde finds herself leaning into his touch, smiling back at him sweetly as her slender fingers brush over the fabric covering his torso, enjoying the feel underneath her fingertips. " i am yours," she assures him, although something tells her that he cares little about her assurance, she'd be his either way, because whatever they have, is stronger than anything else. pearly whites sink into her bottom lip, her small palm moving to rest over his chest, his rapid heartbeat matching her own. "i love you," the three words escape her plump petals before she can help herself, but she doesn't seem to regret them in the slightest. " and you're right, nothing else matters." hesitantely, she meets his gaze once more, breath catching somewhere in her lungs. " it's always going to be us against the world."
