◦ Michael is the best 'big brother!' He loves his little sib!
◦ When he's little, he takes his role of older sibling very seriously. He tries to stay within the pre-teen to early teen age when you're so tiny. He follows your normal routine almost more militantly than he would when in his adult caregiver space.
◦ After a nice dinner (typically one of your favorites, or easy for Michael to cook himself in his own regression), he'll make sure you get a nice bath. He almost has more fun than you, dumping half of the bottle of bubble bath into the tub for you followed by your entire box of toys, giggling alongside you as you shriek in delight.
◦ Threatens you if you splash him. "If you don't stop that, the shark's gonna getcha!"
◦ You play and play until you're exhausted. Once you start rubbing your eyes and fussing, Michael takes it as the cue to wrap things up.
◦ Before you know it, you're wrapped in a fluffy warm towel, and eventually adorned in your comfiest, cutest pajamas with your favorite characters splotched all over them. Again, you never have to guess; the routine is always the same.
◦ If you're lucky, Michael will agree to one game before bed; typically hide and seek. It's much easier to convince him to play when he himself is regressed!
◦ Of course, the game typically goes on much longer than intended. Not to mention the fact that Michael always complains if you win.
◦ "No fair, you cheated! I know it!"
◦ He always gives into your puppy dog eyes, though.
◦ After such a fun day, Michael carefully tucks the two of you into bed with the book Peter Pan in hand, as always. If you like pacifiers, he always makes sure you have it before fully tucking you in.
◦ You almost never make it through the whole book.... And neither does Michael. You both fall sound asleep, his head resting protectively atop yours, in the soft glow of the nightlight...
