Why is it that your only reference for Dr. king is “ I have a dream” Why not mention the man who protested in 1963 in Birmingham, Alabama? Why don’t you reference the time he wrote about police brutality and how he has been arrested 30 times?
Does that not fit into your narrative?

Dear people who say "All Lives Matter" Why do you like to say: “Martin Luther king would be "Disappointed in us” but fail to mention that he himself protested? Why don't you bring up the fact that he believed there was a type of constructive nonviolent tension that is necessary for growth?
Dear Privileged people, Acknowledging that you have privilege doesn’t make you a bad person. Why don’t you reference the fact that he said “History is the long and tragic story of the fact that privileged groups seldom give up their privileges voluntarily”
Dear All Lives Matter, why do you believe that we are anti-cop when we just want to feel safe going home on any given day? Why do you refuse to listen when he said“ We know through painful experience that freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed”
