Fermentation: Cover the bucket with a clean cloth and let it sit in a cool, dark place for 5-7 days, stirring daily.

Strain: After fermentation, strain the mixture through a cheesecloth into a clean container to remove the fruit solids.

Secondary Fermentation: Transfer the strained liquid to a glass carboy or another fermentation vessel. Seal with an airlock and let it ferment for another 3-4 weeks.

Bottling: Once fermentation is complete, carefully siphon the wine into sterilized bottles. Seal the bottles with corks or caps.

Aging: Let the wine age for at least 3 months to develop its full flavor before enjoying.

এই উপরোক্ত খাবারের ব্যবস্থা করার খুব ইচ্ছে ছিল, কিন্তু তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি সংস্থায় লাগাতার গভীর রাত অবধি কাজ করায় তোমার শরীর ভাল যাইতেছে না। আর বাইরে যা দাবদাহ তাতে বাজারে যাইবার দুঃসাহস না করাটাই ভালো। আর তুমি নিশ্চয় চাইবে না যে বাজারে গিয়ে আমি আর গরমে রান্না করে তোমার শ্বাশুড়ী মা অসুস্থ হয়ে পড়েন ।

তাই সবদিক বিবেচনা করে তোমার শরীর ভাল না হওয়া অবধি এই আহারের ব্যবস্থা স্থগিত রাখা হল। তার পরিবর্তে---

শুভ্র গরম ভাত, আলু সেদ্ধ কাঁচা লঙ্কা ও সরিষার তেল সহযোগে পরিবেশন করা হবে। আমার মেয়ের​ কাছ থেকে জানতে পারলাম এই আহারে তোমার খুব রুচি।

অবশ্য জানি তুমি বারবার বারণ করা সত্ত্বেও নিশ্চয়ই মিষ্টি দই, রাবড়ী,মাছ ও ফল ফলাদি নিয়ে আসবে ।

তোমার শাশুড়ীমার, বাঞ্ছারামের বেক‘ড রসোগোল্লা, নকুড়ের চকলেট সন্দেশ, পাবদা মাছ বড়ই পছন্দের। এখন তো আমের দাম খুবই কম।

মেয়ের মুখে শুনলাম, তুমি নাকি সন্ধ্যায় আমাদের বেড়াতে নিয়ে যাবে এবং খাওয়াবে ঠিক করেছো!

শাশুড়ীমার ইকো পার্কে‘র “একান্তে” বা মনি স্কোয়ারের “ফ্রেম আন্ড গ্রীল“ খুবই পছন্দ। তুমি জোর করে আমাকেও নিয়ে যাও বলে না বলতে পারি না।
