Unity of Personal and Planetary Lightbody

   More and more people, especially those who meditate on a regular basis, are beginning to have their initial experiences of Lightbody. The Light of your Lightbody is within yourself, within your spinal cord, within that kundalini energy that is within the core of your spinal column. 

The kundalini energy is stored at the base of the spine and is often known as the “Sleeping Serpent.” As you consciousness expands into your fifth dimensional gamma waves, the kundalini energy begins to rise up your spine.

At first, the kundalini moves up a little bit, you must adjust to that unique feeling, as well as the other new sensations in your body. Therefore, you go back into your daily life, and the Kundalini moves back down into the base of your spine.

But the next time your consciousness arises, your attention is focused on your personal transformation, and you are ready to continue your process of personal transmutation, the Kundalini moves up a bit higher, but returns to the base of your spine as you gradually adapt to this unique sensation,

This process is repeated again and again as the Kundalini rises and then returns to your base. The process of your Kundalini process matches your process of expanding your consciousness, and thus your perceptions, into a higher frequency.

What is New Earth? How do we create New Earth?  How do we live on New Earth?  These are questions that we are asking ourselves because we are feeling that something is very different. Simultaneously, there is much that is the same as it always was.  Unfortunately, some of that which is the same is darkness and indoctrination. 

Fortunately, between that darkness and indoctrination, which is on the verge of ending, shines a light of that which is beginning. What is beginning is that our third and fourth dimensional earth is expanding into its expression of fifth-dimensional Lightbody Earth. 

We, the members of humanity, are endeavoring to expand into our own fifth dimensional Lightbody so that we can become the population that inhabits this wonderful, revised, updated version of our beloved planet Gaia. However, before we move into the new, let’s take a moment and go back into how Gaia became a third-dimensional planet. 

Just as the members of humanity are multidimensional beings, the planet on which we live is also a multidimensional being. Because many humans are recalibrating our consciousness to return to our fifth-dimensional self, we are assisting Gaia to return to Her lightbody planet.

Preparing For first Contact--Pleidians through Sue Lie

Greetings from our Pleiadian Starship,

Within your NOW we are beginning a series of transmissions from our Ships, which are just beyond your atmosphere. We send these transmissions to those inhabitants of Earth who are ready to expand their consciousness, and thus their perceptions, into the “Transitional Reality of Earth.”

For those who are able to attend to and accept the many writings, movies, blog posts and human communications that remind you that something is changing on planet Earth, what you may not know is that “where your attention is, there you are also.”

In other words, if your attention is limited to third dimensional news, communications, jobs, financial issues, and violent confrontations, your consciousness will become lowered to the level of fear that these messages create.

What you may not know is that those who have been in “Power Over” your reality for generations of your time/space reality purposefully create this worldwide fear. However, your consciousness is expanding, more and more into higher fourth dimensional and fifth dimensional states of consciousness.

As your consciousness expands to include the concept of higher dimensional states of consciousness and versions of reality, your perceptions increasingly calibrate away from your third and lower fourth dimensional worlds of illusion and into the higher fourth and fifth dimensional realities based on the ONE of the NOW.

We, your galactic friends, see that more and more of you are having moments, days, or even more extended conscious experiences of delta and gamma wave consciousness. Your delta wave consciousness brings in enough awareness of your own inner power that you can “Let Go” of lower dimensional lies and illusions. 

"I'm not doing enough" is not accepting what you ARE doing.

When you fully accept what you ARE doing, you'll know that you are doing everything that you CAN do within the NOW in which you are doing it.

Yes, I am, and thank you very much. I have been feeling emotionally low; I guess it was mostly yesterday. I hope that you might be able to assist me to understand why that was—as I am determined to feel better today.

Dearest Suzille,

It is true that you have been feeling that something is about to happen. But because you were not sure what is coming, it left you with an emotional discomfort. Therefore, please allow us to assist you in remembering what you already knew but doubted because you want it so much.

Therefore, instead of realizing that what is about to occur is actually exactly what you wished for, you are “protecting yourself against yet another disappointment.” We remind you now that it is far more effective to send Unconditional Love and Multidimensional Light into that which you wish to experience.

CHAPTER TWO

The Recovery

After my long tour on the third dimension, it was taking me longer than usual to re-adapt to my innate fifth dimensional resonance. Fortunately, whenever I awoke from my healing sleep, I saw my beloved complement, Shelia, next to me.

With her constant love and caring, I released the painful experiences of my incarnation on third-dimensional Earth and returned to my joyous and unconditionally loving memories on our Pleiadian Starship.

Since our Starships resonated to the NOW of the fifth dimension and beyond, my healing was basically a process of re-calibrating my consciousness back into my innate fifth dimensional resonance. As I moved through this process of re-calibration, I realized how brave the earthbound humans were to incarnate during that era of great change.

While I was recovering from my away mission to Earth, I allowed the memories of my third dimensional experience on transitioning Earth to flow into my mind. I knew that as soon as I was ready, I would be called for a de-briefing of what I had learned on Earth during the era of Her pending transmutation into higher frequencies of resonance.

 I woke up this morning with a sentence in my ear, “Do you see us?” The message seemed so loud and clear that I instantly sat up and began to look around the room. Seeing nothing, I laid back down. As I was closing my eyes, I heard again, “Do you see us?”

With a new determination, as this question was clearly not a part of a dream, I got out of bed and started inspecting the room for the “us” that I was supposed to see. But, once again, I saw nothing. Finally, I decided that whether or not I had been dreaming, or was, half asleep, I needed a drink of water.

As I started to walk through my bedroom door towards the kitchen, I suddenly “felt” something. To my surprise, it felt like love, in fact it felt like a kind of unconditional love that is very rare in daily life.

This was not the kind of human love that many people want, but are actually afraid of. This love did not bring up any issues of “Am I good enough?” This love was free of any concept of "good enough,” and felt totally unconditional.
