At any given moment, I'm probably thinking about fictional characters making gay love

They need to invent a human body that doesn't experience random excruciating pain for no reason sometimes

Whenever a character comes out of the bathroom zipping/buckling their pants, I have to assume they didn't wash their hands. Same thing when you hear a flush less than one second before they come out. I know these are shorthand for "just went potty" but they're literally walking out of the bathroom. I don't need more clues. Maybe drying their hands on their legs if anything.
