This huge park is inspired by the Journey To Batuu objects. It’s full of beautiful garden plants, trees and mysterious magic. Built on the Windenburg island.

There’s 7 main areas: Yoga, mysterious gravestone/meditation, playground/bbq, bees/fishing pond, statue, games/bonfire and ancient tree of wishes in the middle. Plenty of sitting areas.

Blue luxurious family home in the waterfront of Brindleton Bay. Toddler and pet friendly. Can house up to 8 sims.

There's huge garden  with pool, sauna and agility course. First floor has entrance hallway, kitchen (servant  ladder* upstairs and ladder to basement), laundry room, living and dining rooms and door to backyard. 2nd floor has landing with piano, study, 2 bedrooms with double  bed (for parents and teen), toddler and each bedroom has an ensuite. 3rd floor aka attic has servant rooms, bathroom, hobby rooms and general storage. The basement has storage rooms plus fabrication and juice fizzing stations.

* I recommend locking the servant ladder door in the attic only for workers/maid, sims tend to use that ladder to 2nd floor instead of stairs.

I renovated the dorm building from my Pinnacles Uni lot to be an actual dorm now that there’s Discover University EP. This is set for ubrite students and is connected to the secret society.
