“..Unfortunately, Director wouldn’t let me.” It was met with a straight no, && a death stare from the lynx. Regardless, Cinder holds out a medium sized… Chocobo plushie. “For you.” No it’s not valentines day! 

“Director Kal’tsit is a rather strict one.” That was all Surtr would say in relation to that topic. Blinking once she received the plushie, she gave a silent chuckle. “Thank you Doctor, I shall put it into my room.”

“A lot happened while you were gone, too many for me to speak of. However at the moment I am simply feeling the symptoms of Stress. It should be fine.”

“While I am not the best at giving advice, this may help you.” Surtr spoke, cracking her knuckles. “If you have many problems ahead of you, don’t tackle them all at once. Solve one first, then move to the next.”

“Just Surtr is fine, Doctor.” Surtr raised an eyebrow at that question. “You have chicken around here? Did Kal’tsit allow you to keep some from your trip to Sargon?”

“Well I am glad to see that you are at least alive.” Kramer at least seemed warm even id there was no visible smile on her face. “Knowing you can take care of yourself fills me with relief.”

“You don’t sound so alive yourself, Doctor.” Surtr commented in the usual stoic manner, observing the doctor with slit, lavender eyes. “Did something happen while I was gone?”

“It’s been a while, hasn’t it? How have you been faring, Doctor?”

“Stressed, but how about you Surtr? how have the missions been?”

The Sarkaz certainly was happy to see the Doctor, shown with a smile. “Tough. I’m being pinned against quite the tough foes every time.”

“Name’s Gavial, who might ah bay speakin’ tuh?”

“You’re talking to Operator Surtr.” Wait, why was she talking in third person? A couple of blinks and she held out her hand for the green-haired girl. “I understand though, fighting with fists is always good. Personally I prefer summoning my construct or using my sword.”
