i love how much you love farquaad!! i know how it feels to be super attached to a character people find "weird" and i admire your dedication to keeping it earnest. it's so easy to slip into self-deprecation with that kinda stuff... the way you draw farquaad is terrific. there's such an obvious amount of love put into it! he and mirabel make such a cute couple ❤️❤️ i think about my own shrek oc all the time but i've never gotten good at drawing him, ur art is inspiring me so much. thanks for sharing your passion!

Your words really touch my heart; the last 4 years I've drawn him, there's been times certain people or vagueposts make it hard to look at him. But those moments are temporary, thankfully! Although he's not real by any means, I try to give his character "justice" with dedicated artworks, so I'm super glad it's evident. Never knew I'd inspire at least a couple folks some day!!😭Shrek OCs are such a rare form, so I hope to read or see about urs some day ❤️
