He was busying himself with his latest war machine no doubt, fussing over the mechanics of some great steam engine; Heard directing his minions even before Vesta’s prying gaze had been so inclined. With due diligence, Pentious halted his craft, his rash of red eyes fixed on the fire fowl who dared impede his territory. 

“Who has the nerve to spy on me?” He asked attempting to sound as imperious as possible. Incidentally.. As he did so a large popping sound came from his machine, followed by excessive smoke, which was then followed by a deeply fretting snake demon.
