“It comes on at seven promise you’ll watch?” your boyfriend, Zach tells you. Why Don’t We had a live interview tonight and it was televised. 

“I know it is baby, me and Christina will be home before it comes on” you speak softly to him over the phone while you and Christina were out getting dinner. 

“okay well I gotta go but I love you and I’ll see you tonight after the show”

“see you tonight, love you too” you hang up on him and continue eating your food.

“you guys are cute” Christina says to you

“thanks gir-”

“Are you beautychickee??!!” a group of fans crowds around your table to get autographs and pictures from Christina. She smiles and greets the fans while you stand back as a picture taker. 

“Sorry about that” she says sitting back down to have dinner with you

“No worries, I just don’t know how you do that”

“Do what?” she asks

“Deal with all that attention. I don’t think I could ever do it” you say fiddling with your thumbs. You were very insecure with the way people thought of you. It was the main reason you and Zach had been hiding you relationship from the world. The only people that knew was the boys and Christina. You felt bad making him hide you from everyone, but you just weren’t ready for the backlash.

The two of you go back to your house and Christina turns on the TV,

“think I got time to shower?” you ask. 

“probably, if you miss some I’ll just rewind when you get out” you thank her and then head for the shower.

CHRISTINA POV

I sat down on Y/N’s couch watching the show begin as the boys took the stage. The interviewer introduced them and asked them about any upcoming music. Just as they finished talking about their music the interviewer turned towards Zach,

“So I’m sure all the girls are dying to know which ones are single?” she asks

“Well I’m not” Corbyn says proudly. I smile to myself and look over at Zach fanning himself. Although he’s never told anyone about Y/N, no one’s ever really asked him. To be honest, Zach is a terrible liar.

“What about you Zach? I know you’re the youngest heartthrob of the group?” she asks him. 

“uhh…I…uhh” he says rubbing the back of his neck. 

“no, Zach, NO” I whisper to myself.

“Zach?” the interviewer asks. Jack nudges his leg to get him to answer,

“I…I have a girlfriend her names Y/N Y/L/N” he says quickly without taking a breath. My jaw drops and I hear footsteps behind me. 

“How’s the interview going?” Y/N asks me drying her hair with a towel.

“You heard it here folks, Zach Herron is off the market” the interviewer says to the camera. Y/N drops the towel in her hands and looks at me,

“he did not” she says

- hes a pro at burping the kid and avoiding spit up

- raps childrens songs to aaron and loves the little kick he does when he likes the rhythm

- Z cant get over the kids smile cuz its just like his and he feels every bit of love in his chest

- hes so good at keeping the baby clean and healthy

- bath time is usually full of bubbles and he uses one of those baby bathtub things

- a very very messy time but his kid is splashing away and grabbing at the toys so he doesnt care

- only uses four things on his child: coconut oil, vaseline, aloe vera and baby powder

- sometimes Z will bathe at the same time hes taking care of aaron by sitting in the big tub with the little tub between his legs

- “this cologne right here is gucci”

- its really just cocoa butter vaseline

- has five bottles of formula in the fridge on rotation no matter what

- he even has an alarm set for every hour and a half

- doesnt make food from scratch but edwin is a blessing and drops off pre-cooked meals for him and the kid every week

- got aaron a bib that said “lightskin charm” and nick thinks its the funniest thing

- tends to get frustrated and thats the only time he’ll call either you, kekeli or his mom

- plans aarons fits to match his own

- any time Z goes out to a place where he can take aaron with him, he never puts him down or gives his son to someone he doesn’t know

- he’ll only give him to you, the boys or immediate family, otherwise? aaron stays right in his arms

- “this is aaron, he’s a ladies man so watch out”

- theres a slight issue with that because anytime aaron is with a lady he pulls at their bra straps

- Z knows its a baby thing so hes chill but he’s quick to snap if anyone over sexualizes it

Brandon’s a saggitarius and yet he’s an attention whore?? (I mean this in the most loving way possible LOL) I’m usually quite good at guessing but he’s got me confused. I feel like he would find the typical insta baddie like Madison Beer or Maggie Lindemann really beautiful but I don’t see him going for the total LA girls, you feel? I feel like Brandon would like a girl who’s a bit more natural? She’s creative and productive, just like him. She’s smart and passionate, too. I feel like she’d be the type to crack up jokes that would make all the boys laugh and I think she’d have a bigger personality than him. I feel like he’s the one that would become the cuddly, love struck one who’s following the girl around like a puppy, which is the opposite of his usual leading demeanor. 

A U S T I N

Austin’s girl would be so adventurous!! The type that’s always on a 100 and would be down for anything. She’d like to go camping and hiking and roadtripping!! She’d lowkey be hella good at singing too so the boys would let her have the aux when they’re driving somewhere and Austin would secretly record her cause she’s got the voice of an angel. She’d be really sweet and supportive, always at the shows and always promoting the band on her own socials. I feel like she’d be the smiley type, the one that’s always greeting strangers and complimenting other girls when she finds their outfits/hair cute, even if she doesn’t know them.

Z I O N

Zion’s also a bit harder to put your finger on just because he’s both the hypest and the quietest at the same time?? I feel like Zion’s girl would be The girl. She’s got the chillest taste in music, she can dance really well, loves to have fun and hang out. She’s quite level-headed but will go all the way off just to hype up her friends. I feel like her style would be a bit more toned down. She’d like the mom jeans and the t-shirts and the cool, worn out Vans. Either that or she’s the complete opposite and she’s super shy and feminine, I really can’t tell. Either way I see her as a skater girl.

E D W I N

Ed’s girl would be so artsy and cool!! She’d be a fashionista, just like Ed but she’d be the thrifty kind. She’d be woke too, I think. She’d be a writer and she’d post really cool pictures with really poetic captions. I feel like Ed wants a girl who he can have a deep intellectual connection with, so I think she’d be the type to always talk about social issues like feminism and the BLM movement and homophobia. She’d have hella aesthetic pics on the gram too tho. Always posin, always ready.
