This is the point of having a management, we as fans live in a "bubble" were we know the little details, but the ga just see what the management "sells" as the public image and really Harry's public persona wasn't the most likeable to the ga, in a lot of circumstances he was portraited as the "villain" in his "relationships", so a lot of people got a kind of bitter ick against him, all thanks to our "dear" jeff
