ok so I just realized this and I donāt know where else to put it. Iām relatively new to otherkin stuff so Iām not familiar the community or anything so I donāt know where to ask stuff like this.
I realized that I spend a lot of time thinking about being a fictional character in media that I like. Not like in a way where I kin a character (tho I do do that too) but more like imagining myself in the media and the fan interaction that would occur if that were the case. Iāve made self insert OCs for pretty much every fandom Iāve liked for the past one or two years which I always chalked up to being like āIām having fun and imagining scenarios and being cringe and stuffā but more recently I think I realize itās more like I feel like ideally I would like to be a fictional character in the same way I feel about my other kintypes.
So thatās my thing! Iām just putting this post out there because again I donāt know where to ask about this stuff and I donāt know if thereās a name for this because looking thru ācharacter kin/characterkinā tags is all just fictionkin stuff which isnāt what Iām looking for. So. If anyone knows more about this than me plz
