Hypothetically, someone is running an entirely SFW page on the internet, and they make it a point that kink content will not be shown on the SFW page. They gather an alright following from this page. However, this person also runs a v/ore blog but doesn’t mention it on the SFW page. Is the person lying by not mentioning that they do v/ore related content, or is this alright, considering that not everyone needs to know what v/ore is? I am asking for a friend who is totally not me.

The short answer to your question is no, it’s not lying.

Not everything you do is everyone else’s business. You’re not required to disclose all your interests and activities to random people on the internet, or anyone for that matter.

And then on the other hand, your reason for not talking about vore on your other blog is also out of respect for your followers there because some of them may not be comfortable with it. That can kind of be compared to not talking about certain topics at work because it’s not appropriate. Or someone making a G rated movie which does not become less G-rated because they also make R rated movies.

So yeah, you (or your friend) are not doing anything wrong by not telling people about your other blog. It’s not their business and you have a right to privacy.
