Sims 4 Drinks Legacy Challenge
In this Legacy there will be 10 generations (and a couple) Bonus rounds for those who still want to carry the legacy forward. Each generation will be named/based off of a drink, will have required goals and traits, rules, and other random things.
This legacy challenge is more of a story-telling very goal-orientated play style. Of course for generation one you get to choose their backstory, and for the other generations what shaped them to have that story.
Each generation much match with their assigned drink, color wise, not look wise unless you wish. But that does not mean they have to be full on yellow for lemonade. More of a subtle look, that gives you the impression, or the vibe of a person who would like or prefer lemonade(or whatever the assigned drink is for whatever generation you are on.). Something like that.
With location you can choose where ever you want your Sim to live in, as long as they aren’t assigned to move/live in a certain town. Or if they are required to move to a ‘small town’ or a ‘big city’ and it doesn’t specify which city/town, it is up to your choice as long as it fits into the ‘small town’ aura or ‘big city’ form. Here is a list of what I would consider ‘small towns for those who are confused. (Small towns: Henford on Bagely, Sulani, Willow Creek, Brindleton Bay) (Big Cities: Oasis springs, San Msyhuno, De Sol Valley,)
With traits I have left for you to choose the last two traits and aspirations for your Sim. When I seem to play Sims 4 let’s play and go over the rules I get kinda of annoyed with not choosing my own traits for my Sims sometimes. Although sometimes I don’t, maybe it is because I like to shape my own stories at times. But I just found it would be easier for most of the Sims personality to be decided by you. For you to shape this Sim and the small meanings to them. What made them do the things they do, what made them finish their story. I’ve left that for you to decide, and no your Sims story doesn’t have to end greatly, it doesn’t have to end with them fitting in finally to the City, or not being embarrassed of their art anymore. This is completely up to you what happens to their story, what they do in the end. I’ve just given you the rules, requirements, and layout for the base of the story. It is your time to expand it. I hope you enjoy this legacy Challenge, I can’t wait to hear how people will shape their Sims story.
Founder can be Male or Female but they must be a YA/Teenager
(The choice of the backstory of this character is your choice, this is where they will be starting off as a YA)
Story: Growing up you always dreamed of moving to a more rural area. You grew up in the bustle of a great city/big town, you never really liked it that much, there was hardly any privacy there, and it was too crowded for your taste. But it was home although it fishnet feel like it. Now that you’re older you can move where ever you please, so you choose a nice small town. At first you don’t really seem to fit in, you have city clothes, while everyone else has more country-style clothes. You try to fit in, but no matter what you do you cannot seem to fit in. When you fix something about your self to match the country, another city side of you is shown! Will you be able to fit in? Or will you always be confused?
Founder must start off with more city-type like clothes and slowly shift to more country-style clothes through gameplay
Must at least have one child
Must have spouse become best friend before marriage
Must max out mixology skill (does not have to be aspiration)
Must have pet chickens at the start and end of their life
Must visit a restaurant once a week and order tea (can be normal or cold)
Must write in a journal once or twice a week

Story: You’ve always dreamed of finding true love, having the perfect family, having a lovely house, having amazing animals, and having the perfect coffee shop/bakery. You’ve always been ambitious your whole life, whether it be doing a craft, sports, etc. You’re much of a day dreamer too, off in your own thoughts thinking about what you could do with your goals in life and how to achieve them. You love the small rural town you grew up in and want to give it something exciting a new coffee shop! Since the old one you grew up on finally closed down, but when you finally open your dream shop/life you realize it isn’t as easy as it seems. Can you keep your coffee shop open? Or will you have to close it down?

Story: You’ve always had a closer connection to the water than your family, you’ve always like to be by it, whether it be fishing, camping, swimming, or whatever you’ve always enjoyed. You’ve always kinda hated the small rural town you grew up, everyone was too close for your liking to close in your business, you’ve never liked that. So when you were a teen you would sneak out to parties, where you could pretend to be someone your not. Where no one knows who you are. Will you ever be able to move out your small town? Or will you stay there forever?
Must move to Sulani/Oasis Springs
Must practice singing as a side hobby
Must make very one close friend
Must have many acquaintances
Must have at least one child
Must have an okay relationship with family
Must not cook or bake a lot
Must eat healthier food choices
Must sneak out to parties a lot during teen-years

Story: Growing up your mother/father was quite disconnected from you and your family. You never quite knew why, you never got the full answer, or any answer at all when you asked your mother/father, s/he would just wave you off. You would always try to impress your parent by practicing and practicing all sorts of skills to get their attention, the best thing you ever got from them is a short quick-lived smile. Will you ever get to bond closer to your mother/father? Will you ever get to share your true feelings about how s/he neglected you? Or will you lose connection with them despite all your attempts?

Story: You grew up close with your family, almost too close! But that doesn’t really matter to you, because you love your family although they can easily get on your nerves at times. You love animals a lot, in fact you always have an animal lingering at your side. But you also have a green thumb. You’re in a gardening club. You like to keep up with friends. And two children following after you! It gets kinda hectic around your house, cleaning, walking your animals, and gardening all the time, visiting friends, and taking care of your children. Will you be able to balance out the mess in your jumble of a life? Or will it all crumble down in a great mess?

Story: You grew up watching your mother/father struggle with balancing the chaos out in his/her life, so you never really got to ask them basic teen questions about love. You’ve never really got to see your parents love each other, because well when their was time to witness that you were sent off to school or to your grandparents/friends house. And when you did get to have some free time with your parents it was focused on bonding time, so you struggle trying to find the true love you hoped for, I mean TV love stories are completely true and very realistic for the most part. Right? Will you ever be able to find the person you were hoping for? Or will you never find love and be heart broken?

Story: You watched your mother/father swoon over each other and have that perfect love story, in fact you found the right one almost right away! But love isn’t your true and full perk that makes you, you. Ever since you were a child you have always been competing with this one Sim, whether it be with your grades, or how many times you can do at once. You’ve always been competing. Till they moved away. You felt free in that moment, as you waved then goodbye a smug look on your face. Now that you’re older and on your own with your true love, you’ve been competing and festivals whether it be for gardening, animals, or baking. Winning in fact for most of them. Thinking you’re rid of your childhood rival. Till they show up to one festival competing against you. It enrages you as your rival passes a smug look your way. Will you beat your rival? And possibly become friends with them? Or will you forever be rivals/enemies?

Story: Ever since your lover broke up/died you’ve been running things in your own with three children following at your heels. You’re tired, exhausted, and on the brink of insanity. But you put on a smile for your children, make them food, tend to their needs, and help them with their homework. Your house is very messy and no matter where you clean another spot needs to be clean, and when you clean that spot the other one is dirty again! You’ve lost your mind at this point, and your children are starting to need your help even more with their school projects! Will you be able to fix your messy life? Or will you always be jam-bled and almost to the brink of insanity for the rest of your life?

Story: Growing up you had many friends but they didn’t stick around for that long. Except for one friendships. You’ve been friends with this Sims since you were toddlers, you were always inseparable since the beginning. But now that you’re older and are starting to start your our families.. You’ve been a bit busy lately.. and your friend seems a bit more distant that usually. When you try to hang out with them they say they are busy. A lot. After your friend saying that they were busy, you said went out anyways and say your friend were you asked them to go out to. With other people. You’re enraged, but you don’t say anything you just leave. Will you be able to keep your friendship? Or will you lose your only friendship that has lasted this long?

Story: You’ve always loved to paint since you were a child. Always making messes as a toddler. Causing your mother much stress, but you would clean up your own messes on your own time, after you made sure it was there for long enough. Planning the next spot and position where you make your next masterpiece. You’ve always been a quiet child although being a messy once, always drawing. At home. You’ve never really had many friends, and no one at school really knows you love to draw. It’s quite embarrassing for you actually, when people stare at your art for a long time. They’re probably judging you. Right? Now that you’re older you want sell your art and put it out in the world. But your embarrassed about it, even when people call it good! Your family calls it very good. So that means it really bad right? But they’re the only ones that have seen it? Will you ever be able to get your art out there? Or will you always be embarrassed by your comforting hobby?
