why would it hurt me—or was it real?

see the premise of "if you struggle brushing your teeth, just do it in the shower" relying on logic of "you might struggle with teeth but surely you shower every day right? right...?" is just so hilariously wrong it's asinine that it's one of the most popular such advice

[Doesnt do it] [gets stressed] [gets scared thinking about doing it] [doesnt do it because it's scary] [keeps not doing it]

will you intrinsically understand my vision or are you like the rest of them

i think its a lil sad how often people will like restrain themselves from exploring new identities and hobbies because they don't want it to be an "embarrassing phase" because honestly i think its way cooler to have a diverse and varied lifestyle that you can look back on and say "omg i used to love doing that!" and apply those skills and interests to something else.

imagine how it felt from Ava’s POV that she died begging a murderer who was raised in an apocalyptic death cult and wants to live more than anything that he should die to save everyone. all her hope had to go on were a few conversations where she saw that he was a person with a conscience and she had to HOPE that would be enough to override the anger + panic + delirium he is clearly experiencing after being tortured for days (she did that to him) that would prevent him from doing it. she died not knowing he ripped his arm off to do what she asked, and he died not knowing if it worked
