without question some of the best arcs are one wherein the girl who su luxia’s helping or some other female lead are present. the writing one? I think the blue haired girl is so lovely, and it’s amazing that her talent as a writer is her own, and recognized by others in the world. the arc ends simply with her talents celebrated and recognized, and even her romantic relationship is left for her to resolve as she wishes. and then with that girl who’s got 30 boyfriends, the way you can tell that the guy genuinely liked the girl friend who used up her spirit to summon su luxia… really moving. it just shows a sense of goodness and human connection that I love. specifically the fact that in both of these instances you have relationships that aren’t necessarily so blandly romantic…? it’s interesting it’s fun you root for them even more

objectively it’s so funny that su luxia gets a divine dagger and is like, “neat, I can use this to fix my 3d printer”

really interested to see how this latest arc turns out—there’s that guy who’s taken an interest in the “new” su luxia but I’m personally interested in seeing if the og couple makes any appearances

I’ll elaborate on this some day but my guess about su luxia’s origins is that she was originally a character in a novel herself, that ascended to become part of the female readers organization. i have points to make just. i will add them later

ch 300!! feels wild to conceptualize in my head… I’m interested to see how the relationship between su luxia and this new guy is going to play out—while I don’t have any particular wishes, I’d love it if su luxia could leave the like,, house-prison situation she’s in, if only just for a bit? feel like it’d be good for the original host to wake up to reality

random thoughts: since we got a callback for the first world su luxia was in,, I really hope we get to see that taoist world again even though I have nooo idea how that would go… but that arc is like, so fun! it’s literally just like, the entire scumbag man part gets dealt with in a few seconds and instead you have so much time to develop this relationship between these two girls and it feels really fresh since like,, man, in terms of action, su luxia isn’t even responsible for driving all of that forward here
