Soldier boy x poison ivy! Reader

Where Reader and Soldoer boy knew each other when they were still testing out the v1. Like they were in the first few who got it.

When Soldier Boy got his shot (as mentioned one of the earlier eps he was very scared of v1 and recieving it and overall really scaredy and all) Reader helped him trough it and helped him when he felt bad abt his family situation/ powers/ anything in general. But when Reader got their V1 shot they dissappeared, Vought told everyone Reader died.

Okay and now the good part. So when in search of V1, Soldier boy and Homelander are in that abandoned facility and they found a similiar hibernation chamber that Soldier boy was in - but it was still in use. They open it and suprise suprise Reader is inside.

Turns out Reader developed powers that can control the nature and sm healing stuff and Vought tought it would be the viser decision to hibernate them bc of the war, atomic bomb scare and all.

So when Soldier boy founds out Reader is still alive, well, and didn't die he gets very obsessive over them and really protective of Reader over all and they get tgt.

this person posts for multiple fandoms so i’d just check to make sure they haven’t stolen anybody else’s work !! i scrolled through their account and saw clark kent and simon riley posts so there’s a chance they’re all stolen :/

as much as writing is a joy, it also takes a lot of love and energy and (often) a lot of time.

this is like the fourth account I’ve seen in the last couple months doing this and it’s tiring and super disheartening as a writer.

Well, technically not his son, though the little bugger may as well be. Really he's your son, the apartment next to ghosts, but he helps watch the little guy in return for your delicious cooking.

Ghost has had his fair share of child rearing, in a way. Tommy when he was younger, Joseph on the rare weekend to give Tommy and his wife a break. When ghost visits the mactavish family, there's no shortage of little ones trying to climb him like a jungle gym.

But none of them are quite so shy as your son.

Whenever ghost takes him to the park, or out to eat, or to the library, he's always hiding away in ghosts collarbone. Some parents try to tell ghost that he's too old to be carried around constantly, some scoff when ghost rumbles back "he's just shy. Can walk jus' fine."

As if being shy were a bad thing.

Ghost thinks of himself whenever little man hides behind his leg, or she's away from the louder kids. Ghost thinks of how his Pa would kick him out, would tell him real men don't act like pansies.

Instead, simon couches down and whispers solely to his son "take yer time, yeah? No rush. No ones gonna punish you if you want to leave instead."

It's not exactly healing, giving the kid what was stolen from him. But it's what ghost does. Call it guilt for the blood on his hands or being to scared to push the kid, he doesn't care.
