rhaenyra is so fucking funny, a decade away from court and like a year of active war to have not been enough to get her to ask someone to give her a sword fighting lesson or two

helaena would’ve been the perfect way to show the day to day upkeep of the dragons she wouldve had a ball hanging out with the monks and helping the dragons molt or whatever the fuck they do

oh man. nettles aside rhaena being the most overlooked child and claiming sheepstealer AND heading for battle literally a minute after claiming it AND immediately loosing control and causing jace’s death is so delicious and sets her up to be even more of an outsider in the family/could place her far away w daemon for as much of the nettles stuff as they want to include but they lost me by not having the toddlers in the battle. the point was to have jace die trying to rescue his baby brothers!!!! he couldn’t let more of them die!!!!!!
