Sims 4 Holiday Ideas + Templates

So I mostly created this little image guide for myself (so I could remember how I’m doing my holidays from save to save) but i liked it so much i thought I’d share. This is just a comprehensive guide to what my main holidays are and how I put them throughout my sims’ year. 

To explain: I have included what days I use the holidays on. If there is no date stated then I plug them in randomly wherever they fit depending on the weather. For example, all of my summer holidays are undated so that I can put them where the weather is suitable. A heatwave is the best day for Summer Cookout or even all of them put in a row to create a Summer Vacation.

Well I hope you enjoy or get inspiration from this if your looking to create a varied holiday experience for your sims :)

[Sims 4 Extra Holidays]

 For those who are unaware, Sixam CC or Alex was a perma paywaller who was very money hungry. People who subscribed to their patreon were paying $10 for one cc pack. I sadly was unaware that i would only be getting one pack, After i was angry about wasting a lot of money for practically nothing, i went into game to check everything out. 

This is the sims pack i got.

I saw this pack and loved the desktop computer i see on that blue desk in the back. Got into game and the desktop didn’t even work, it was under the electronic section but didnt function properly. Immediately disappointed & i reached out to sixam on various social media platforms to try and request a refund whilst informing him on the cc functioning problem and got no response. 

I’ve seen many people talk about this cc creator on reddit, cc discord servers, tumblr and forums. 

Sixam CC closing patreon.

I saw a post on reddit talking about how they subscribed to sixam cc on patreon for a month and immediately noticed that they removed a lot of their old cc that they originally subscribed for. without any notice, it was gone.

Of course its sixam CC’s decision to take down cc after EA’s rule change but without a notice post and suggesting people remove their subscriptons before the changes, makes sixam look very careless. Sixam CC / Alex needs to come forward about everything with his CC and give refunds to the appropriate people and talk about whats happening. Sure CC making is a hobby but it turns into a business when money gets involved.
