If Heaven somehow managed to manifest itself as a donut shop, I think it would be in the form of The Spudnut Shop. Spudnuts is only open a couple of days a week, and usually sells out by late morning. They make their donuts out of potato flour and they are so. so. so good. Just another one of C’ville’s small treasures.
