Ingredients: 4 lamb chops. 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened. 1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped. 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves, chopped. 1 clove garlic, minced. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season lamb chops with salt and black pepper. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped mint, chopped basil, and minced garlic. Mix well. Grill lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove lamb chops from grill and let rest for a few minutes. Serve lamb chops with a dollop of mint and basil butter on top.
