What about Nora made you want to save her in the first place?

The way she saw me in a light that no one else was willing to. The way she smiled as we walked together through the streets at night, blissfully ignoring the dangers of the streets and soaking in every ounce of moon and lamplight. The way she let me work in peace when I wished it and would not leave me alone when I needed her the most, but refused to acknowledge it. The way that she presented herself as a pure, demure being, when she had a heart that would light the heavens aflame and a will to match.

The way that I could not bear to leave her when she so needed me.
