Until very recently, I thought my biggest issues were whether I was trans enough or even trans at all. But as I continue to work through my journey, I've come to realize that that isn't the real issue and never was. I am trans and I've always known it. The real doubts came from how it would affect my life and the mainly the people around me. I have become a chameleon, always reflecting back the colours people want to see in me, not my true colours. To the point that I dont even know what my true colours are. My therapy is helping me to uncover those colours that have been long hidden from the light of day. Though I am not ready to show them to world quite yet, the time is rapidly approaching. And when that happens, they aren't just going to be visible, they are going to outshine everything else around them. Either put your sunglasses on and enjoy the beauty or turn your back to the light. I am a woman and I am going to be seen as one.
