smile at strangers! smile at friends! smile at acquaintances! smile!

go on walks, enjoy nature, breathe in fresh air

rearrange your room, get a new haircut, change it up a little

delete toxic people from your life: delete their number, block them on social media. replace them with people who love you instead

take more pictures !!! of your friends laughing, sunsets, pretty flowers, pups, city skylines, concerts

but also experience. feel it, don’t just spend the whole time behind a camera

stop making excuses, take responsibility for your actions

observe the constellations
