And while gifting someone a giant bouquet of orchids is a really strange thought to me, I do like them better than the red roses. Red roses is often connected to romantic love and while Yuri has a sister complex, his love is not romantic, at least in my opinion

Orchids mean "refined love, admiration, rare beauty, strength". True things Yuri feels about Yor.

But white orchids specifically also mean "Purity, elegance, innocence"

And I think that fits perfectly

Henderson thinks the Forger's are very elegant, Yor is one of them. Yor also said she became an assassin because she wanted to protect Yuri's innocence.

White orchids really do represent their relationship rather well
