Hummer and Brody can be Beel I think, at least ability wise since theyāre purely physical strength but maybe without the body horror background story.

Three years ago, New York City was turned into Hellsalemās Lot when a gate to the Alterworld suddenly opened up beneath it. Monsters, non-humans, and general Beyondians soon began to mingle with the humans and turned the norm on its head. Most citizens of the blocked-off city now live together in a strange sense of messed up harmony. It is here that a normal human, known as MC, decides to move with personal reasons undisclosed, searching for the rumored group of super-humans who specializes in the strange and unknown.
Aries, also known under the acronym R.A.D. with an unknown meaning, is the exact secret organization that vows to build and uphold the peace between the realms. Little information is known about the group outside of hushed whispers of the curious.

so uh yeah i guess iām doing this ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ the OM cast wonāt be replacing the exact spots of the BBB cast, but the general outline and plot will be the same in this au, just with the twist that comes with the characters of Obey Me. MC in this might get a bit of a fleshed out personality, so things can work out, right now all iāve got is that they go by the nicknameĀ āMC,ā theyāre nonbinary (probably they/he), have a younger sibling, and have the sameĀ āAll Seeing Eyesā that Leo has in BBB because i donāt know how else to fit things in and screw it this is my au. the demons in this au will still go by their original names, but in this those names will actually be aliases while their real names will remain unknown.
Confused on what Blood Blockade Battlefront is? Itās a fantasy/sci-fi manga/anime that takes place in the setting I set up before. Leonardo Watch, the protagonist, is the Everyman protagonist who doesnāt really fit in the world heās in, but finds a place regardless amongst a cast of superpowered humans and monsters. I would rate it with an M rating, something I wouldnāt watch around my parents/most family members but something Iād watch with my friends/family members who are cool with anime. It can be graphic at times, itās not like bloodsoaked horror gore, but there is a good amount of blood and bodies being ripped apart (though those are mostly the non-humans being torn up on screen), and a few shots of scantily censored nudity and referenced sex (thanks Zapp).
If youāre a fan of animes like Bungo Stray Dogs, Durarara!!, Gangsta, or Baccano! you might enjoy it. I recommend the english dub, itās really good. The best voices in it are Aaron Dismuke, Ian Sinclair (honestly one of my favorite voice actors), Trina Nishiumura, Mike McFarland, and Micah SolusodĀ among others, who are all experienced voice actors and who all do a genuinely great job. But if you prefer subs, the japanese dub also has a pretty good cast that includes Mitsuru Miyamoto, Mamoru Miyano, Nana Mizuki (though her speaking role is only in the second season which is a shame, but is almost made up by...), and Rie Kugimiya.
I can hook anyone whoās interested up with a link to a place to watch the english dub, and iām sure the sub is on crunchyroll. Sorry not sorry for the sudden rambling, this was a hyperfocus a few years ago and rotation spoke that it should return ĀÆ\_(ć)_/ĀÆ
Also, the opening and ending songs of the first season are pretty much ones of the few that I would consider blasphemy to skip, they are not only great songs but the ending became a bit of a meme when it was airing:

It turns out I was just projecting Zapp Renfro on Mammon.
oh definitely, i honestly headcanon that Mammonās english voice would be Ian Sinclair (but not just for that reason, Ian Sinclair just seems to voice characters that fit Mammonās personality, like Zapp Renfro and Dallas Genoard from Baccano! for example)
that being said, imagine the Obey Me cast in a Blood Blockade Battlefront au. MC is Leo, Mammon is Zapp, Diavolo is Klaus, Barbatos is Gilbert, and maybe Lucifer or Satan or Leviathan as Chain

For Lucifer I figured he can be steven/stephen (however the fandom spells his name) just because they have that "overworked right hand man" aesthetic. That and the smile of doom.

iām barely staying into obey me right to be honest fellas. drama seems to be in even more places, that other much more serious shit is still a thing, and i literally cannot play any chapter past 23 and people donāt tag spoilers and all this basically means i canāt go into tags anymore
i still like this game and want to interact with other fans, but, like, i canāt even say iāve ever really done that so thatās a confidence/mood shot down right there. i have my gripes about that but this isnāt the place

i think it SHOULD be common courtesy to tag spoilers for AT LEAST the second season, if not individual chapters
I normally canāt avoid spoilers when i get into things because i normally get into pieces of media that are either complete or so late in the game no one thinks about tagging spoilers because it happened like ten years ago. SO for a game that is ongoing, like Obey Me! is, I feel like utilizing the tags for people to filter (since tumblr has that feature built in) should be something we all do
And I know that set tags for spoilers are rarely ever agreed on, but there are so many things to at least try; and Iām not saying that putting a warning label for a title is a bad thing, just that it shouldnāt be the only way of indicating spoilers
here is the LONG list of tags iām filtering to avoid spoilers as best as I can (warning, it is long as i prepared for future chapters)
I feel like this sounds passive-aggressive, but I guess it kinda is, I just feel like these things shouldnāt be hard (I remember years ago whenĀ āMissing Eā was a thing and everyone was tagging spoilers left and right and I didnāt have the extension and couldnāt avoid spoilers and now tumblr actually has that feature built in so maybe we can be thankful they at least did that after years of it only being part of an extension)
